Over the past 8 years I hvae been teaching this incredible system and developed a wonderful support of informational tools for your colour journey.  I invite you to join me on this journey through the psychology of colour with the Colour Mirrors system starting in May 2024.

Of all the healing modalities I have worked with colour and it's psychology have the most profound affect on us physically. Through my work of mind, body and soul, I have explored all aspects and colour speaks to us on every level - the Soul supports us in "knowing" and choosing colours and colour bottles to support our subconscious mind. The body responds as at a cellular level our cells communicate in colour! The Colour Mirrors system really does work on all levels - the mind's programmes, the body's energy and the soul's field of awarness. Colour is a calling at a very deep level, it is a way to return home, to the turth of who we are and finding your tribe.

After studying Psychotherapy for 2 years and obtaining an RSA (Oxford and Cambridge) Certificate in Counselling Skills for the Development of Learning, I can honestly say my awakening happened with colour and Colour Mirrors in 2014. I have trained in Birth Reimprinting, Matrix Reimprinting, Colourpuncture, Applied Bio-Mechanics, Massage, EFT, HeartMath and all the work and sessions go back to colour! This system is truly magical.

All my students love the training and in fact many do it for personal reasons in their own healing journey. Others incorporate it into their business and some go on to become teachers. You'll hear everyone who works with the system say "it's never wrong"...somehow  (perhaps a bit of magic and a bucket load of Divine energy) you will always choose the right bottles and colour for you at any given time.

What ever you decide to do, do it for you. Even if you think 'yeah but'... just do the training because you will profoundly shift and change in ways you cannot possibly fathom as you read this. Choose me. Choose another teacher. Choose what will work for you, though do....just do it. You will never look back.

Over the past number of years I have been invited to give talks about the Colour Mirrors system at events such as the Worldwide Energy Confernece (Manchester UK, 2019) and the Brighton Transformation Conference (2018) along with sharing at Positive Living groups across the South West UK including: Southampton, Winchester, Cranleigh, Midhurst and talks at MBS events at Guildford, Dorking (Harry Edwards Healing Sanctuary) and Dorking (Vineyards) MBS. 

I also write for PR companies, most recently for Healing Holidays and have researched colour along with it's pscyhology for a number of years appearing in different editorials. The UK magazine 'Spirit & Destiny' featured me and my work with Colour Mirrors in double page spread of the April issue in 2019.
