You need JavaScript enabled to view it Mobile: +44(0)7842 154282 My own personal journey through life, has been to master and let go of deep emotional fears/ traumas and social conditioning, that have felt very stagnant energies and cyclical patterns to shift. The main underlying factor of my journey has been to balance the Male and Female aspects within myself, that, which is in everybody. My difficult relationship with my Mother and Father was my grounding/ mirror/ reflection, for the healing of old wounds and patterns in my life. As I commenced this journey...my awareness started shifting within, then my life around me started to change. This was very much a slow process, so much so, years would pass by and the same old frustrations would come up in different expressions/ disguises in my life.
In the short time of working with the Colour Mirror Oils and using the Power of Intent, I feel like my own journey has vastly quickened in pace. The Colour Mirror Oils bring light into the cellular structure of our bodies, allowing unconscious/ conscious emotions to come to the surface in a safe place to be released. There can be many layers to an emotion, but on releasing these layers…the dense energy in the cell, is replaced with vibrant light energy, which in-turn brings about a healing. As I started to heal my inner self, my outward relationships started to improve, my quality of life improved, I began to feel more alive and empowered, I started to have fun and enjoy life more…..
…I am still on this journey; as a human/ spirit, we are constantly evolving; we are all on our journey of life and seeking our own truth, in our own unique way, but ultimately heading for the same source. I now very much honour these experiences, as they have allowed growth within and guided me on my path of truth.
I have spent several years working as a Holistic Massage Therapist, which led me to specialising in Deep Tissue and Sports Massage. This enabled me to understand in depth how emotions and trauma can affect the physical body, through posture/ disease and repeated patterns. Ultimately, where there is an imbalance in the physical body, is the result of negative emotional patterning, creating a dense vibration of energy, that limits and restricts the body. This includes sudden accidents or traumas – we are all connected as spiritual beings and anything that happens in our own reality is a reflection of our inner self.
I offer Colour Mirrors Workshops and 1 to 1 Healing Sessions in Devon, to encourage you to explore your own creativity with Colour, using various tools and techniques, to enable you to connect with your own inner peace and light that is within.
