Clara Apollo

Clara is a Chi Kung(Qigong) Instructor and Reiki Master. In the past she trained and worked as a costume designer, until a repetitive strain injury made it difficult for her to carry on. Whilst working with costumes it was the colours that inspired her to create alternative wedding gowns. As is often the case with change of life direction, Clara found the self healing channelling of Reiki energy and the flowing body movements of Chi Kung exactly what was needed, and now, bringing the colour back in a therapeutic manner through Colour Mirrors, completes her healing repertoire, for now.

Clara has always been interested in helping people to help themselves, and has found that introducing colour into her healing practice acts like a bridge for people to get to know themselves better. Working with colour has a broad potential, as most people acknowledge it, although many do not realise its silent language.

The correlation between Colour Healing and Chinese Five Element Theory expressed through Chi Kung and Colour Mirrors is the subject of a series of Colour-Chi Kung workshops, collaborating with Colour Mirrors Teacher Trainer Korani. Clara offers Colour 1 and 2 workshops, one to one and distant readings, tailored Chi Kung and Colour sessions and Reiki with Colour. She lives in the New Forest, Hampshire.
