This is such a lovely time of the year for new beginnings! In nature, we are surrounded by wonderful examples of plants, flowers and trees renewing themselves ....... and they do this automatically every year.

How lovely to be in that cycle of renewal ourselves as we re-birth into new levels of awareness with each step of our journey!

As Souls experiencing the human condition, we repeatedly see the "end" as we change jobs, end relationships, physically or emotionally fear death and go through any kind of change. As a result, we generally find it challenging to see that each "ending" is just another stage, another cycle.

The old has to go before the new can begin!

So as Souls, we are gradually realising and re-training ourselves to no longer fear the end of anything. When we can get excited in the moment (without fear of the future or holding on to old reactions of the past), we open up also the excitement of a new phase, in which ever form it takes.

It's another expansion into ourselves, another raise in our level of consciousness and another new beginning as the Soul explores and meanders through the experience of life.
