Marit is a Colour Mirrors-teacher and distributor for Colour Mirrors in Norway. She lives in Steinkjer, a town in the middle part of Norway, where she runs her own practice as a Natural Therapist and professional kinesiologist (since 1994).
Marit is also trained in the use of herbs and nutrition therapy, and she has been hosting and teaching different courses over the years. She is also practicing Reiki, since she is a Usui Reiki Master.
Marit and her husband have designed, built and are running The Colour Garden, www.fargehagen.org. This is a visitors garden with herbs and plants in all the colours of the rainbow, placed in a pattern with elements from many ancient cultures.
Colours have for many years been one of Marit’s main interests, and she has had good use of the knowledge of colours both as a colour therapist and as a textile designer. Marit er Colour Mirrors lærer og distributør for Colour Mirrors i Norge. Hun bor i Steinkjer i Midt-Norge og der driver hun egen praksis som naturterapeut/ profesjonell kinesiolog (siden 1994).
Marit har også utdannelse i bruk av urter og i ernæringsterapi, og har arrangert og undervist forskjellige kurs. Hun praktiserer også reiki, er Usui Reiki-Mester.
Marit og hennes mann har utformet, laget og driver Fargehagen, www.fargehagen.org. Dette er en besøkshage med urter og planter i alle regnbuens farger, satt i et system med elementer fra de fleste gamle kulturer.
Farger har i mange år vært en hovedinteresse for Marit, og hun har hatt bruk for kunnskapen om fargene både som fargeterapeut og i tidligere jobber som tekstildesigner.
